This website is operated by Linivaro P.S.A. (Linivaro Prosta Spółka Akcyjna registered in Poland), VAT ID: 6762699094, registered address: Kalwaryjska 69/9, Kraków 30-504, Poland.

By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Online Store & Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Shopify is responsible for the technical operation of the platform but is not a party to the sales contract between you and us. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Linivaro. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Linivaro, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Linivaro.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or
You have the consent of a legal guardian

and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Products & Made-to-Order Items

All products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase.

Colors, placement, and final appearance may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to screen settings and production processes. Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

5. Prices & Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market and may include PLN, EUR, local EU currencies, or USD, depending on your location and settings.

European Union

For customers within the European Union, prices are shown including VAT, where applicable, in accordance with EU regulations.

Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, prices are shown exclusive of VAT.

Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Currency Conversion

When multiple currencies are available, conversions are handled automatically by our e-commerce platform and payment providers.

Displayed prices are indicative and the final charged amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates and payment provider processing.

Final prices are confirmed at checkout.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid.

6. Orders & Payment

A sales contract is concluded once:

Payment has been successfully processed, and
You receive an order confirmation email

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers.

We do not store or process payment card details.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

Made to the consumer’s specifications, or
Clearly personalized or produced on demand

As our products are custom-made, the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where the product is:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrectly fulfilled

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carriers, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.

Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Linivaro P.S.A. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
