Order Processing

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner.

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Orders are processed on business days only

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

Shipping times depend on destination and carrier:

• Poland: 2–5 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• UK: 3-5 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

• Destination
• Product type
• Order size

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders with a total value of at least 35 EUR (or the equivalent amount in your local currency which is roughly around 150 PLN / 30 GBP / 40 USD / 56 CAD).

The availability of complimentary shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and may vary depending on destination and product type.

Customs & Taxes

For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable.

For non-EU orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing
• Carrier disruptions
• Incorrect address details
• Force majeure events
