Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order, specifically for you, once your purchase is completed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us at [shop@linivaro.com] and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will provide a free replacement or a refund, at no additional cost to you.

EU Consumer Information (Custom Products)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalized or produced on demand

As our products are printed specifically for each order, standard 14-day returns are not applicable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.

If the package is returned to us, we may offer a reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If your product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
